Dear South Down Residents,
During the off-season the following Emergency Contact procedures should be followed:

If you have a serious matter which requires immediate attention and law enforcement assistance, please contact the Laconia Police Department at 603-524-5252 or 911
Non-Emergency Contact Information:
We also depend on information from residents to address security and safety concerns. If you have a concern, please provide as much information as possible to Evergreen Management, 603-527-8147. Photographs, golf cart numbers, location and time of the incident is all helpful information. But in the event of an emergency, please call law enforcement.
