The design of the units is a Townhouse style 2 level building. The attached units are separated by their garages so there is no sharing of walls. On the second level each unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have cathedral ceilings as well as 1 or 2 full baths. The main level consists of a kitchen and dining area separated by a large breakfast bar, a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace and doors leading out to the rear deck. There is also a large laundry room/half bath combination with a lovely skylight. Most of the units have a private back yard facing a wooded area. There is ample storage over the garage and, in addition to the driveways, there are also 4 separate parking areas for your visitors. You can walk to the Beach, Marina, tennis and basketball courts and have easy access to the walking and snowmobile trails. In the center of the circle there is a park-like common area to enjoy.
